There is a large 55" 4k Smart android TV and a game console - PlayStation 4 PRO with lots of single-player and multiplayer games.
The apartment has a beautiful view of a park and kids playground in the back as well as on sports Hall.
The sofa is easily turned into a queen-size bed (140x200 cm) for 2 adults. There is also a mattress topper in the closet for full comfort.
Air-conditioning is free to use and will not charge You extra for it.
